LA RÉSISTANCE DE L’AIR (Through the Air)
Vincent, an air rifle champion, sees his quiet life with his wife and daughter shattered when money issues threaten to jeopardize his projects. One day at a shooting range, he meets Renaud. The charming and mysterious man entices Vincent to take a rather peculiar contract that leads him into a dangerous path.
FRED GRIVOIS
Franco-Canadian born in 1975, he grew up between Montreal and Paris. He studied cinema at NYU before working as a producer in France. In 2001, he went on to direct, first broadcast design and title-sequences, then video clips and commercials. Director Jacques Audiard was the first to ask him to direct the title-sequence of The Beat that My Heart Skipped in 2005, followed by A Prophet and Rust and Bone. He developped with Thomas Bidegain and Noé Debré skits and TV concepts, before writing in 2009 his first feature, Through the Air.
