Submit a film

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for the 6th Beaune International Thriller Film Festival, films must fulfil the following conditions :
- be a full-length feature film of at least 75 minutes.
- be shot in 35mm or with digital technology. The selected films shot with digital technology must be presented in DCP or HDCam (Pal).
- have not been shown in a major French or European film festival (unless in the context of a film market). Exceptions can be made upon decision by the Festival Director.

The Festival does not select short films.

SUBMISSION & REGULATIONS

Deadline for submissions, using the attached entry form, is set to February 28, 2014.
There is no entry fee. All films must be submitted in DVD (Pal or NTSC) format for the selection. All non-English language films must be subtitled in English or in French. Please see “Entry Form & Regulations” to fill out the form. When a film is selected for the Festival, it must be delivered in its original version, with French and English subtitles. When a film is selected for the Festival, it must be delivered in its original version, with French and English subtitles. The cost of one of the two subtitling works shall be borne by the participants.

The official announcement for the selection will be communicated to the participants during the week of March 10th, 2014. Those which are selected will be notified by e-mail prior to the announcement.
