Accreditation procedure

Journalistes

Press accreditations (for journalists, photographers and media technicians) are reserved for professionals only. Please note that the accreditation forms will not automatically be renewable from one year to another.

Applications for press accreditations (all categories) will need to include :
- The accreditation form fully completed
- One photo ID with name, surname and media on the back.

FOR PRINT MEDIA :
- A letter on official headed paper, signed by the director or the chief editor of the publication sending the journalist to cover the Festival ; the letter must specify the periodicity of the publication and the circulation, as well as the expected coverage of the Festival
- Three recent articles written by the journalist in the aforementioned publication
- A copy of the professional press card.

FOR TELEVISIONS AND RADIOS :
- A letter on official headed paper, signed by the director or the chief editor of the TV or radio programme, sending the journalist and his/her crew to cover the Festival ; details must be provided about the type of programme and the audience, as well as the expected coverage of the Festival
- A copy of the DVD or CD recordings of the TV or radio programmes
- A copy of the professional card.

FOR WEBSITES :
- A letter on official headed paper, signed by the director or the chief editor of the website including details about the number of connections, the year of creation, and details about the website…, as well as the expected coverage of the Festival
- A copy of the professional card of the journalist who wants to cover the festival.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS :
- A letter on official headed paper, signed by the director or the chief editor of the photo agency, or the publication that is sending the photographer to cover the Festival, , as well as the expected coverage of the Festival
- A copy of the professional card.

The Press Office reserves the right to approve or not applications.

Please note the deadline is March 26th, 2011. We CANNOT GUARANTEE the accreditation if the request comes after the deadline. Thank you for your understanding.

Film Industry Professionnals

Professional accreditations are solely reserved for Directors, Producers, Distribution Companies and Exhibitors. Please note that accreditations are not automatically renewable from one year to another. Your badge is strictly personal.

including information such as your Last Name / First Name / Company name. Thank you to provide professional evidence and a copy of your business card.

2 / Once your request is accepted, you will receive by e-mail an accreditation form.

3 / Your registration will only be confirmed once the form filled in and sent back with photo ID.

Please note the deadline is March 24th, 2011. We CANNOT GUARANTEE the accreditation if the request comes after the deadline.

The Festival reserves the right to approve or not applications.
