ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE


For Press and Film industry professionals only.


FILM INDUSTRY PROFESSIONNALS

WHO IS ENTITLED TO A PROFESSIONNAL ACCREDITATION?

Request for a film industry professionnal accreditation must be made under the same name as the one mentionned on the document providing evidence of professionnal activity.
A maximum of TWO accreditations per company will be granted.

- Directors – actors – members of artistic or technical film team: only when the applicant has taken part into a film selected at the current Festival edition.
- Producers: working for a feature-length film production company.
- Distributors
- International sales agents
- Exhibitors
- Film festival organizers or programming directors
- Media – TV – Radios: Managing or programming staff
- Professionnal public bodies, or local, regional, national or international institutional structures

HOW TO REQUEST A PROFESSIONNAL ACCREDITATION?

Please send your request before Friday, March 17, 2017
After this date, requests will no longer be considered by the Festival.
If the qualifying conditions entitling to a professionnal accreditation are met, please send your request at accreditation@lepublicsystemecinema.fr, along with the following documents:
•An ID picture (jpeg format, 300 dpi) with NAME and Surname
• Any documentary evidence of professionnal activity.

Upon receiving a request, the competent accrediting office, as determined by the applicant’s business activity, sends to the applicant:
• An email notifying the validation and grant of the accreditation
• Or, an email requesting further detailed documents providing evidence of professionnal activity, or notifying the refusal of the accreditation

Accreditations are granted at the full discretion of the Festival. The Festival reserves the right to grant of to refuse the grant of an accreditation when dealing with insufficient evidence of professionnal activity.

PRESS & MEDIA

WHO IS ENTITLED TO A PRESS & MEDIA ACCREDITATION?
Request for a Press & Media accreditation must be made under the same name as the one mentionned on the document providing evidence of professionnal activity.
A maximum of TWO accreditations per company will be granted.
Eligible professionnal activities:
- Written press
- Television
- Radio
- Internet
- Publicists
- Journalists: Applicants should send a copy of their press card, a letter from their editor in chief, and, at their discretion, a selection of previously published articles as well as the type of media coverage they intend to do.
- Photographers: Applicants should send a letter from their agency’s editor in chief and, at their disctretion, a selection of photos previously published in the press.
HOW TO REQUEST A PRESS & MEDIA ACCREDITATION?

Please send your request before Friday, March 17, 2017

• The accrediation application form dully filled (which can be dowload from the Festival website www.beaunefestivalpolicier.com/beaune)
• An ID picture (jpeg format, 300 dpi) with NAME and Surname
• Any documentary evidence of professionnal activity, including those listed above

Upon receiving a request, the competent accrediting office, as determined by the applicant’s business activity, sends to the applicant:

DEADLINE

The deadline to request an accreditation for the 8th Beaune International Thriller Film Festival is set on Friday, March 17, 2017.
 Beyond this date, We CANNOT GUARANTEE that requests will be proceeded.

BADGE COLLECTION

Accreditation badges may be collected in Beaune as of Wednesday, March 29 at the Festival offices:

Accreditation badges are delivered upon presentation of an ID card.

HOW TO USE THE BADGE

Accreditation badges are strictly personal, individual and non-transferrable. They grant access to all the screening venues and screenings scheduled within the Festival (except screenings which are upon invitation only).
